Established in 2002, our dedicated team have helped clients, businesses & organisations across a variety of industries across the UK.
Our close-knit team of designers, project managers, in-house delivery teams and account managers deliver the best results project after project. As a privately-owned business, based in Cardiff, we are passionate about a quality service. Crafting a bespoke offering to our clients is at the heart of everything we do.
Honest and ethical values, along with an eye for innovation, creativity and sustainability, has helped us build an enviable and loyal client base. Whether your project is a turn-key fit-out or you simply need furniture & product to improve your work environment, we’d be keen to discuss the requirement. We also pride ourselves on looking after the lifetime of your project by undertaking smaller moves, additional furniture supply and adapting spaces as businesses change, all managed by our in-house teams.
Beyond managing the day-to-day operations of the business, our teams actively participate in local networking events, sharing ideas and building connections within the design community. We proudly mentor students on the University of South Wales interior design degree course and collaborate closely with Senator, our furniture partner, to promote sustainable practices through their ‘Sustain’ recycling service.

Rob, Workplace Design & Client Director
Rob’s position as our Design and Client Director sees him take on a consultancy based role, working with & guiding clients through the whole process of an office project to ensure their vision is met.
Rob has been creating workspaces for multiple businesses across a range of industries and sizes, always striving to be at the forefront of new ideas entering the industry.
Cat, Senior Workplace Designer
As our Senior Workplace Designer, Cat has a wealth of knowledge & skills that allow us to define, plan, visualise and perfect our design and fit-out works.
Collaborating with all team members across the company, Cat has successfully designed and managed a wide range of high-profile projects, consistently delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Emily, Junior Workplace Designer
Completing her Design Degree at the University of South Wales in 2023, Emily brings a keen eye for detail and a fresh perspective to our team. Her strong work ethic & enthusiasm support our design team in delivering on client commitments.
Covering 2D design, visualisation and supporting the social aspects of the company, Emily is a key member of the design team.
Lewis, Finance Manager
Lewis looks after CBOF’s day to day Finances, Logistics, HR and Administration.
After graduating from the University of South Wales, Lewis spent a number of years living in the French Alps, working as the Warehouse Manager for one of the UK’s largest tour operators. Since then Lewis has amassed many years of experience within CBOF group, working with clients, suppliers and in all areas of the organisation.
Cole, Logistics & Planning
Cole is responsible for managing the logistics & planning for CBOF group’s furniture installations, coordinating the works and always ready to help our clients and in-house teams.
Experienced in the role and continuously developing, you’ll also find Cole joining his team, working to build & install a variety of products that make workspaces come together. Outside of work Cole is a keen sportsperson, playing for Newport County FC.
Jon, Workplace Design & Client Consultant
Jon stands out for his collaboration with clients and the in-house team and product & furniture knowledge.
Utilising his many years in the design & furniture industry experience, combined with his commitment to building strong client relationships, Jon supports clients in reaching their workplace goals.
Sharon, Workplace Design & Client Consultant
With over 10 years in the industry, Sharon brings a wealth of experience & a high level of customer service to our team.
Her passion for workplace solutions and commitment to client satisfaction shine through while a collaborative approach and keen understanding of client needs make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Colin, Managing Director
Colin has been the Managing Director of CBOF group since setting the company up in 2002, seeing year on year growth while he continues to be involved with the business with a passion of putting clients and their needs first.
Prior to founding CBOF group, Colin worked his way to the role of regional director for Eurocopy PLC.
Jonathan, Project Manager
Working with clients and managing subcontractors, Jon is our key lead contact on site.
As our Project Manager, Jon ensures that every project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule, delivering a high-quality finish each time. With a background in the construction industry, he brings the expertise to manage all aspects of our fit-out and installation work.
Jon, Workplace Design & Client Manager
Jon’s role as our Design and Client Manager sees him working with the design & sales team supporting and guiding clients through the design phase from early brief-take through to detailed design.
With nearly 30 years experience in workplace & architectural design Jon has been creating workspaces for clients on a variety of project types and sizes.
Lee, Head of Installations
Lee is responsible for coordinating the team on site for CBOF group’s furniture installations, coordinating the works and always ready to help our clients.
An experienced installations team member, you’ll find Lee covering a variety of product installs that make workspaces come together.
Matthew, Carpenter and Partitioner
A qualified Carpenter and Partitioner, Matthew works closely with Jonathan and the projects team to complete all building works on our projects, while ensuring that sites are well managed at all times.
Highly skilled and experienced across a wide range of projects, Matthew helps us deliver a bespoke finish for your office.
Joe, Lead Carpenter and Partitioner
Joe is a highly experienced partitioner and tradesperson. His knowledge of how ‘things are built’ and problem solving make him a very valuable member of the delivery and install team.
Wayne, Furniture Installations
Wayne works closely with Jonathan, Lee & Cole and the projects team specialising in furniture installation. With a number of years working in the furniture and installation industry, Wayne is experienced across a wide range of sectors.
Josh, Furniture Installations
Josh works closely with Jonathan, Lee & Cole and the projects team specialising in furniture installations supporting the day-to-day requirements of our delivery & install work. Josh has been with CBOF for a number of years with experience in workplace, transportation centres & depots, healthcare and many other areas of furniture installation.
Morgan, Furniture Installations
Morgan works with the installation and the projects team supporting furniture installations and working with the team on the the day-to-day requirements of our delivery & install work.
Rebecca, Administration Support
Rebecca joined our team in 2025 to support the administration & logistics of the business, working alongside the operations teams.
