Colin, Managing Director

Colin has been the Managing Director of CBOF group since setting the company up over 17 years ago, seeing year on year growth while he continues to run the business with a passion of putting clients and their needs first. Prior to founding CBOF group, Colin worked his way to the role of regional director for Eurocopy PLC.

Rob, Workplace Design and Client Manager

Rob’s position as our Design and Client Manager sees him take on a consultancy based role, working with and guiding clients through the whole process of an office refit to ensure their vision is met. With over  eighteen years’ experience and qualifications in design, Rob has been creating workspaces for multiple businesses across a range of industries and sizes, always striving to be at the forefront of new ideas entering the industry.

Cat, Senior Workplace Designer

As the Senior Workplace Designer, Cat has a wealth of knowledge and skills that allow us to plan, visualise and perfect our Fit-Outs. Working closely with Rob, Cat has further developed her knowledge gained from completing an Interior Design Degree at the University of South Wales. Now with over eight years experience designing and creating visuals 3d visuals for our biggest projects, Cat leads the way in office design.

Nicola, Project Support & Administration Manager

Every item ordered by CBOF group goes through Nicola, as she ensures that everything ordered for your office is perfect. Having over twenty years experience in administration and order processing, Nicola adds well rounded experience, support and knowledge to our team.

Lewis, Finance Manager

Lewis’ currently looks after CBOF’s day to day Finances, HR and Administration. After graduating from the University of South Wales, Lewis went on to spend four years living in the French Alps, working as the Warehouse Manager for one of the UK’s largest tour operators. Since then Lewis has amassed eight years of experience within CBOF group, working with clients, suppliers and in all areas of the organisation.

Pam, Finance & Administration

As our AAT qualified book keeper, Pam brings her strengths to our finance team, keeping a tight rein on credit control and our account records, including CIS. Liaising with our accountants, Pam ensures that CBOF always has a clear and defined financial path for the future.

Jonathan, Project Manager

Working with clients and managing subcontractors, Jon is our key man on site. As our Project Manager Jon ensures that everything runs smoothly, neatly and promptly with a quality finish for each project. Having previously worked within the construction industry, Jon not only knows how to manage a project, he has first-hand experience in completing each job.

Matthew, Lead Carpenter and Partitioner

A qualified Carpenter and Partitioner, Matthew works with Jon to complete all of the building works on our projects, while also making sure the site is kept clean and tidy at all times. Highly skilled and with experience on a wealth of different projects, Matthew helps us give your office a bespoke finish.

Jake, Partitioner & Carpenter

Cole, Furniture Installation

Cole is responsible for managing his team on site for CBOF group’s furniture installation, coordinating the install and always ready to help our clients. Working with and learning from Jon, Cole has four years experience in the role and is continuously developing. You’ll also find Cole joining his team, working to build and install a variety of products that make your office come together
