In Early 2026 we completed the office remodel for Rackspace at Fairway House, St. Mellons, Cardiff. A significant replan & build to enhance and future-proof the existing workspace.
The key works delivered included a full Server Room Relocation: Replanning and relocating the main server room from the ground floor to the first floor, completed through a carefully phased move & build process.
Enhanced Breakout & Social Space: Adaptations to the existing teapoint to create a larger, more functional & enjoyable breakout area.
New Meeting Room: Construction of a new dedicated meeting room to support team collaboration utilising existing glazed modules & graphics.
MEP Adjustments: Modifications to existing mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate all new works.
Furniture Replanning: Reconfiguration of furniture layouts, including the temporary on-site storage of existing items for later installation, and Brand & Graphic Enhancements: Upgrades to graphics and brand presence throughout the workspace.
