The joint Vinci – Costain venture for the M4 relief road is great news for the region and we were delighted to assist the joint venture team by undertaking the fit out of their offices in Cardiff.
Since we had previously completed the fit out of their north Cardiff offices for their Heads of the Valleys road project we already had a key understanding of the company operations and culture.
The brief was to turn the existing space into an office that can house and support 87 members of staff with the key point being to cater to the flexibility of its workforce. The fit out featured 88 workspaces with integrated power and data in an open plan office, meeting rooms and breakout areas.
