As an extension of the GM Financial High Wycombe project, we also renovated their washroom facilities throughout the building. From ripping out the existing toilets completely and starting from scratch, including the plumbing, we built modern facilities that capitalise on a vibrant scheme.
With toilets that hadn’t been renovated in twenty years and part of the office being operational as we worked through the refurbishment phases, we developed a scheme that would increase the amount of facilities available to staff, while simultaneously phasing the project schedule so that there was minimal disruption to the whole office. This was achieved by keeping as many of the facilities available as logistically possible while also not slowing down the overall project time.
