We were approached by a main contractor to help with a housing scheme project, Martins Close flats in the centre of Abercynon.
For this project, we specified and installed fire rated glazed partitioning and door sets throughout, with a project time of 2 weeks. Our team worked with a flexibility to ensure that the project kept moving as smoothly as possible for the main contractor.
The thirteen flats provide accommodation in the community for those who are homeless and feature on site support for residents, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. The scheme will equip residents with the skills needed to make the transition to living out in the community.
