Vale of Glamorgan Council – Various works (SRS, Dock Offices, Ty Jenner)

Our design, fit-out, project management and furniture teams have been supporting the Vale of Glamorgan Council at their various sites over the last few years. Working at Ty Jenner, the Dock Offices, Alps Depot and the Civic Centre building – helping to review, adapt and improve their working environments across the local area.

The works at the various buildings have included the following services:

– Workplace surveys, occupancy assessments and 2D space planning for 99 staff.
– Furniture feasibility studies and partition reconfigurations.
– Managed office relocations between Ty Jenner, Civic Centre, Barry Hospital and the Docks.
– Dismantling, reuse and responsible recycling of existing furniture.
– New solid and glazed partitioning, flooring, decorations, blinds and ceiling finishes.
– Electrical, fire alarm, access control and automatic door adaptations.
– New workplace furniture and a bespoke reception counter.
– Feature planting and a decorative moss wall and other decorative features.
