Stage 1 : Brief Take & Consultation

We spend time to analysis your needs, undertake detailed surveys of your space and walk through the initial requirements with you, ensuring that we are all aligned for the next steps of the design process.

Stage 2 : Concept Design

We present our initial proposals to include a clear representation of the concept covering everything we have understood from the early Brief take and consultation stage.

Look & feel / mood boards, plans and 3D visuals are used to help communicate our concept for your space. Initial budget costs are developed so that the scheme progresses commercially as well as creatively.

Our Design process

Stage 3 : Detail Design & Specification

This stage is all about crafting the finer details and bringing the project to life.

We cover product specification, time-frames / project programme and pricing so you have total clarity on what is involved in the project. Enhanced 3D visuals & walk-throughs are used to illustrate our vision which builds on the concept.

We go through a detailed value adjustment to ensure everything works for you to meet the budget, timeframes project objectives.
